Pakashop is a B2B2C marketplace designed to help local businesses connect with customers across Zambia, removing the barriers to online selling.
Pakashop is Zambia's first comprehensive B2B2C ecommerce platform. We provide a space where Vendors (manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers) can list their products and reach Buyers (individual consumers and other businesses) effortlessly.
Whether you are looking for a singular household item or sourcing bulk inventory for your own shop, Pakashop provides the tools, secure payments, and logistics infrastructure to make it happen.
"Zambian small businesses are the backbone of our economy, yet many are invisible online. We decided to change that."
Why Pakashop
Hundreds of local sellers bringing you authentic products from across the country.
Pay with Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, Zamtel, Visa, or Mastercard — your choice.
Your money is held securely until you confirm delivery of your items.
Reliable delivery to your door across major Zambian cities and towns.
Many local shops lack the technical skills to build individual websites. We provide a ready-made digital storefront.
Navigating ZRA Smart Invoicing is tough for small sellers. We automate the tax reporting and invoice generation.
We hold payments in escrow using Flutterwave until delivery is confirmed, protecting both buyer and seller.
We build easy-to-use tools for vendors to list products and for buyers to find what they need in seconds.
Built specifically for Zambia, addressing local challenges in payments, logistics, and tax compliance.
Every vendor is verified, every payment is secured by industry standards, and every dispute is handled fairly.
We are more than a website; we are a growth partner helping small businesses scale from local to national.

Pakashop was founded in the halls of an academic institution by Elijah Manda. As a student, Elijah observed the disconnect between small local shops in Lusaka and the growing number of tech-savvy Zambians looking for convenience.
What started as a simple coding challenge quickly evolved into a mission-driven project. Elijah saw how hard it was for family-owned businesses to keep up with regional competitors without an online presence.
Today, Pakashop is growing into a bridge for Zambian commerce — a platform that is proudly local, community-focused, and built to the highest technical standards.
Our vision is to expand Pakashop to every city in Zambia, supporting deeper mobile money integration and introducing full support for languages like Bemba and Nyanja.
